Accounts & Tax Manager

About the role

We are expanding our back‑office team and need an experienced Accounts & Tax Manager to lead our UK accounting and tax function from our Lahore office. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality accounts, VAT, self‑assessment tax returns and payroll services to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a team handling UK accounts, VAT returns, Self‑Assessment tax returns and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Manage deadlines, review work quality and support team development.
• Liaise professionally with clients, HMRC and Companies House.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice.
• Proven experience managing and leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting and tax compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• ACCA or ACA qualified (or finalist) seeking a long‑term career.
