Acquisition Growth Analyst

About the role

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a data‑driven Acquisition Growth Analyst to own and optimise its customer acquisition engine. You will focus on referral, affiliate and associate channels, measuring both volume and quality of new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise the Invite‑a‑Friend referral programme, modelling unit economics and measuring virality metrics such as K‑factor and viral cycle time.
• Evaluate affiliate and associate channel performance, recommend incentive spend and identify high‑value corridors.
• Map the full acquisition funnel, isolate drop‑off points and propose improvements to time‑to‑first‑transaction.
• Track channel‑level CAC, cost per activated customer and cost per first transaction, and reallocate budgets based on performance.
• Design, instrument and interpret A/B tests and growth experiments across onboarding, incentives and in‑app prompts.
• Deliver weekly and monthly insight reports and executive‑level summaries for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in customer acquisition, growth or product analytics, preferably in fintech, payments or consumer apps.
• Proven track record of improving acquisition volume, conversion rates or CAC efficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into clear recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, cohort analysis).
• Experience with A/B testing, experiment design and statistical significance.
• Product analytics tools: GA4, Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, CleverTap.
• BI and visualisation tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Metabase.
• Python or R for analysis and automation.
