About the role
We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to lead the administrative and facility functions of our Islamabad office. The role will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, maintain a safe and efficient workplace, and support cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative and office operations
- Oversee facilities, maintenance, security, housekeeping, and office supplies
- Manage vendors, contractors, procurement, and administrative expenses
- Supervise administrative and support staff
- Maintain assets, records, contracts, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative SOPs
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or a related field
- 8–10 years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong vendor, facilities, procurement, and team‑management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities
