About the role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Operations Executive. The role involves coordinating activities across departments, ensuring workflow efficiency, and maintaining accurate records for a real‑estate firm serving international clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Executive.
  • Assist in coordinating activities across departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Support task tracking, follow‑ups, and deadline monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports.
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow‑up actions.
  • Assist in process documentation and operational compliance requirements.
  • Monitor task progress and escalate delays or issues when necessary.
  • Maintain organized data, trackers, and reporting systems.
  • Provide general operational support to ensure smooth daily business operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling operational information.
  • Support hiring coordination and administrative onboarding processes.
  • Prepare internal operational reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with departments to collect required information and updates.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and documentation updates.
  • Provide backup support for administrative and coordination tasks when required.

Required profile

  • 2‑3 years of experience in administrative or operational support.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy.
  • Comfortable working a hybrid schedule: 3 pm‑9 pm onsite and 9 pm‑12 am remote, Monday to Saturday.
  • Based in DHA Phase 6, Karachi.
