Advanced Specialist – Compliance & Operations (Quality Manager)

About the role

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist to lead Compliance & Operations for its BTEC programmes across Pakistan. The role, positioned as a Quality Manager, will ensure that all qualification delivery and assessment meet both local regulatory standards and Pearson’s quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing quality assurance of Pearson BTEC programmes in Pakistan.
• Provide expert guidance to providers and BTEC customers on delivery, assessment, and compliance.
• Monitor qualification delivery and assessment activities in centres, delivering actionable feedback and improvement plans.
• Build capacity across multiple institutions, ensuring alignment with IBCC and HEC requirements.
• Collaborate with Pearson’s wider quality assessment teams and local staff to maintain high standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering and assessing BTEC qualifications, including Pearson Higher Nationals.
• In‑depth knowledge of IBCC and HEC regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of Pearson’s quality standards and procedures.
• Relevant qualifications and teaching experience in BTEC programmes.
