Agricultural Laborer – Farm Worker

About the role

Yaseen Rehman Trading is seeking motivated agricultural laborers to support farm operations in Swabi. The position reports to the Farm Supervisor and involves hands‑on field work to maintain crop health, assist with planting, harvesting and silage baling. The role is full‑time, morning shift, with on‑site accommodation.

Key responsibilities

• Follow irrigation and watering schedules.
• Use hand tools and basic mechanized equipment safely.
• Perform planting, weeding, harvesting and related field tasks.
• Operate silage baler and assist with tractor‑related operations.
• Maintain simple task logs or harvest counts.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards on the farm.
• Support general farm maintenance and upkeep.

Required profile

• Practical experience in manual farm labor.
• Physical stamina for bending, lifting and outdoor work.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions in the local language.
• Basic knowledge of irrigation methods.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Hand tools operation (hoes, spades, wheelbarrows, hand sprayers).
• Basic mechanized equipment use.
• Silage baling operation.
• Tractor operation (preferred).
