AI Agent Engineer

About the role

Urtasker is seeking a full‑time, remote AI Agent Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI‑driven agents and automation workflows that support e‑commerce operations. You will work closely with marketing, PPC, and brand‑management teams to translate business requirements into reliable, data‑centric tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents that automate product listing optimization, campaign monitoring, and marketplace support.
• Prototype, test, and iterate agents using real operational data to improve speed, accuracy, and reliability.
• Integrate AI solutions with e‑commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop) and advertising tools (Amazon PPC).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, document solutions, and ensure data security and compliance.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance service offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong software engineering background with production‑ready service development.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML technologies, especially large language models and prompt engineering.
• Proven ability to design, test, and iterate automation workflows using real‑world data.
• Experience working remotely in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
