AI-First Digital Marketing Manager (Night Shift)

About the role

We are launching a digital growth service for US small and mid‑sized business clients and need our first marketing hire to own the end‑to‑end digital marketing function. This is an on‑site, night‑shift position based in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Run Google Business Profile and local SEO for US clients, including optimization, posts, reviews, citations and rankings.
• Plan and publish social media content on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram using AI tools for rapid production.
• Build and maintain WordPress websites and landing pages with proper tracking.
• Run small‑budget Google and Meta ad campaigns as needed.
• Provide monthly performance reports covering calls, leads, reviews and traffic.
• Create repeatable AI workflows (prompts, templates, automations) to scale service delivery.
• Communicate directly with US clients via calls and email.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years serving US, UK or Canadian small businesses.
• Demonstrable results for at least two local businesses (live Google Business Profile, Search Console or GA4 evidence).
• Daily hands‑on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, AI image/video generators, and workflow automation platforms.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Stable work history with a long‑term commitment.
