AI Marketing Associate

About the role

Organbyte IT Solutions is building an AI‑driven marketing practice for its healthcare IT products. As the first AI Marketing Associate, you will design, implement and manage AI‑powered marketing agents while overseeing traditional digital marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive SEO and AEO to position client content as the top answer in AI search tools and Google.
• Manage local presence for US healthcare practices, including Google Business Profiles and directory listings.
• Lead content creation across six industry verticals, coordinating a three‑person content pod.
• Produce LinkedIn and social media posts (three per week) and engage daily with prospects.
• Run paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and retargeting platforms.
• Design no‑code AI marketing agents (SEO, content, ad copy, review response, lead research) and specify requirements for engineering.
• Conduct partner and supplier outreach, drafting proposals and managing pipelines.
• Analyze performance, attribution and reporting.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience in an agency or B2B in‑house setting.
• Graduate of a recognized Pakistani university (e.g., IBA, LUMS, FAST).
• Hands‑on experience building AI workflows (Claude, custom GPT, no‑code chains) that run unattended.
• Demonstrated ability to brief developers on AI agents, defining scope, inputs, outputs and guardrails.
• Track record of measurable marketing results (leads, CPL, conversions) or business generated through freelance/side projects.
• Strong written English and ability to work 1 pm–10 pm PKT from Karachi.

What we offer

• PKR 75,000–90,000 base salary plus 2% of marketing‑sourced revenue (realistic OTE ≈ 130,000+ PKR, uncapped).
