About the role

Creative Chaos is seeking a strategic AI Marketing Manager to lead AI‑first digital marketing initiatives, driving growth and efficiency across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute AI‑driven marketing strategies, identifying automation opportunities and leveraging predictive analytics.
• Lead AI‑assisted content creation using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Jasper, Adobe Firefly and others.
• Design and run multi‑channel full‑funnel campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta, email, SEO and outbound channels.
• Monitor performance with AI‑powered dashboards, translating KPIs into actionable insights.
• Develop scalable AI‑powered workflows integrating HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Zapier, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs and related platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years in digital, growth or performance marketing.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows.
• Strong expertise in SEO, paid media, email and LinkedIn marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with modern AI content generation platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
