Havi Express Pvt Limited is seeking an experienced Air Courier Company Manager to lead its on‑site logistics operations in Karachi. The role focuses on ensuring efficient, on‑time delivery of air freight services while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day logistics and transportation activities for air courier services.
• Coordinate customer service interactions to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
• Develop and deliver training programs for staff to improve performance and compliance.
• Streamline processes and enforce company policies to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer service and staff training.
• Proven expertise in logistics management and transportation operations.
• Knowledge of best practices in food & beverage logistics is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard logistics software and tools.
