Amazon Virtual Assistant (On-site)

About the role

Visnetic Solutions is looking for an Amazon Virtual Assistant to join its on‑site team in Gulgasht Colony. You will support day‑to‑day Amazon account operations, ensuring product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimised for traffic and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimise Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, and images.
• Maintain catalog data, update product details, and manage inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, inventory levels, and pricing trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality content across Amazon marketplaces.
• Handle routine administrative tasks, update dashboards, and prepare performance reports.
• Communicate operational issues and performance insights to team members.

Required profile

• Strong e‑commerce operations background, preferably with Amazon listing management.
• Basic understanding of PPC and SEO concepts.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools for tracking performance, inventory, and pricing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Gulgasht Colony and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Prior experience in Amazon account support or virtual assistant roles is a plus.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, or e‑commerce is preferred but not mandatory.
