Amazon Virtual Assistant – PPC Specialist (Night Shift, On‑Site)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant who will manage and grow our private‑label medical product portfolio on Amazon. The role is full‑time, night‑shift and based on‑site, requiring close coordination with suppliers and fulfillment teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Amazon Private Label listings for medical products.
• Conduct product research and perform listing optimization.
• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Handle customer service inquiries related to the products.
• Monitor sales data and generate performance insights.
• Collaborate with suppliers and fulfillment teams.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and medical product regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience with Amazon Private Label products in the medical field.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently during night shifts in an on‑site environment.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive attitude toward e‑commerce tasks.
