Analytical Lead, Planning and Measurement

About the role

Google is seeking an Analytical Lead to join the Planning & Measurement team within Large Customer Sales. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping e‑commerce, gaming and travel clients develop robust measurement strategies and drive advertising effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand business objectives and measurement needs.
• Partner closely with Google Sales, Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and drive product innovation.
• Craft media‑plan guidance across performance and brand campaigns in line with customer goals.
• Develop customized measurement frameworks and roadmaps using Google’s measurement solutions.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of campaign performance data, applying statistical techniques and causal inference.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance and demonstrate channel value.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media, consulting or financial analysis in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
