Application Officer

About the role

The Application Officer will work on‑site at Visa Consultancy Experts in Peshawar, guiding students through every step of their international study application process. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring applications are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations to understand each student’s academic background, goals, preferred destinations and program interests.
• Advise applicants on university selection, required documentation, timelines and submission procedures.
• Review application forms and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Coordinate with students, educational institutions and internal teams to gather missing information and resolve issues.
• Prepare and submit applications within agreed deadlines while maintaining organized case records.
• Provide clear updates to applicants, explaining admission processes, next steps and outstanding requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of student application workflows, admissions documentation and deadline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex requirements clearly.
• Effective interpersonal skills for supporting students and families from varied backgrounds.
• High attention to detail when reviewing forms, academic records and supporting materials.
• Ability to manage multiple applications, prioritize tasks and follow up consistently.
• Sound judgment, confidentiality, professional integrity and a service‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with email communication, document management and online application portals.
