About the role

Build production AI for healthcare by designing and deploying AI agents that transform messy medical documents into reliable structured data. You will own the architecture, handle failure modes, and turn prototypes into dependable systems used by hospitals and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Design self‑improving agent pipelines that extract data from invoices, hospital records, and pre‑authorization requests.
• Implement production‑grade agents that monitor themselves, detect anomalies, and generate clear problem statements.
• Develop business‑intelligence agents that query databases, form hypotheses, and surface answers autonomously.

Required profile

• Experience building end‑to‑end AI systems that operate on real‑world documents.
• Ability to evaluate model performance, iterate on specifications, and ship reliable code.

Required skills

• Experience with AI model integration (e.g., Claude Max or similar large language models).
• Proficiency in production software development and monitoring tooling.
