About the role
We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to join our e‑commerce focused agency. In this remote position you will drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads and schedule sales meetings to help our clients grow on online marketplaces.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads, follow up, and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified prospects.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential e‑commerce clients.
Required profile
- Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Experience in the e‑commerce or marketplace industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
