About the role
We are seeking an energetic Appointment Setter to join our sales team on a night‑shift schedule in Multan. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, then arranging appointments that drive our sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and qualify potential clients through phone or email.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and confirm details with prospects.
- Follow up on leads to ensure appointment attendance.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly appointment targets.
Required profile
- At least 6 months of experience as an appointment setter or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good English speaking skills (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Residency in Multan and availability for night‑shift onsite work.
