Appointment Setter – Outbound Calls (US Business)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Appointment Setter to contact US‑based business owners and schedule 15‑minute demo calls for our sales team. This high‑activity position focuses on initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and securing appointments, not closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make 80‑150 outbound calls per shift to owners of restaurants, auto repair shops, salons, barbershops, and clinics using provided lead lists.
• Introduce the company concisely, qualify prospects, and present a live AI demo.
• Handle initial objections and book confirmed appointments in Google Sheets or the CRM.
• Log call outcomes accurately after each interaction.
• Meet daily call volume and weekly appointment targets.
• Participate in daily briefings and weekly training sessions.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• At least 6 months of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection professionally.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Basic computer literacy, including CRM and Google Sheets.
