Appointment Setter (Remote Call Center)

About the role

IA Solutions is seeking a confident and motivated Appointment Setter to join its remote call centre team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing the company’s digital services, qualifying prospects, and scheduling sales appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Present IA Solutions’ services in a professional manner.
• Engage prospects to uncover business needs.
• Qualify leads and arrange appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain accurate call logs.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound calling is preferred.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to handle objections professionally.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and target‑driven.
