Appointment Setter – SaaS & Technology Services

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to join our sales team and drive outbound outreach for our SaaS and technology service offerings. You will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, qualifying their needs and arranging product demonstrations for our sales specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and introduce our SaaS products or technology services.
• Qualify leads by understanding business requirements and assessing fit.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow‑ups, and lead status in the CRM.
• Meet daily and monthly outreach and appointment‑setting targets.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales development.
• Hands‑on experience selling SaaS products or IT/technology services.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and stay target‑driven.
• Familiarity with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia) is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
