Appointment Setter / Sales Representative – US Accent Required

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Appointment Setter and CRM Follow‑up expert with a clear US (or UK) accent to engage US‑based business owners and decision‑makers. The role involves cold‑calling, nurturing leads and booking appointments for our senior sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily cold calls to USA‑based prospects and identify decision‑makers.
• Engage prospects naturally, understand their pain points and pitch workplace health and cost‑saving solutions.
• Handle objections, follow up via calls, SMS and email, and book qualified appointments.
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in the CRM.
• Personalize conversations beyond scripts and suggest improvements to scripts and processes.

Required profile

• Fluent US or UK accent (mandatory).
• 3‑5 years experience in US‑based health services call centre or B2B cold‑calling.
• Ability to think on your feet and build rapport quickly.
• Results‑driven and confident in handling objections.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools and automation (e.g., Zapier, n8n).
• Proficiency in outbound sales and lead nurturing.
