Appointment Setter – US Market (On‑site/Remote)

About the role

We are looking for confident phone professionals to join our sales team as Appointment Setters. You will engage US‑based prospects, introduce our services, and schedule qualified meetings for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the United States.
• Introduce services clearly, identify needs, and qualify leads.
• Book qualified appointments for sales representatives.
• Follow approved scripts while keeping conversations natural.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain prospect interest.
• Perform timely follow‑ups and maintain accurate call notes in the CRM.
• Meet daily calling, appointment, and performance targets.
• Coordinate with team leaders, QA, and sales teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telesales or outbound sales.
• Experience working with the US market is mandatory.
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and a neutral accent.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Target‑driven, disciplined, energetic and resilient.
• Ability to work independently while staying accountable to the team.
