Appointment Setter – US Outbound (Night Shift, Uncapped Commission)

About the role

ACE CPAs is seeking motivated appointment setters to call US business owners, buyers and bankers on a night shift schedule. The role focuses on booking qualified meetings for the sales team and earning uncapped commission based on successful meetings and closed deals.

Key responsibilities

• Make at least 300 dials per shift using the WAVV power dialer in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Log every contact, call outcome and deal stage in GHL, tagging dispositions accurately.
• Follow a scripted cadence of calls, texts and emails, confirming meeting details and capturing prospect information.
• Maintain a clean prospect database by removing duplicates, fixing bad numbers and updating missing fields.
• Send pre‑call briefs and confirmation emails within five minutes of each booking, and follow up on meeting day.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of US outbound calling experience (appointment setting, cold calling or call‑center).
• Ability to make 200+ outbound calls daily on a power or auto‑dialer.
• Clear spoken and written English for US business communication.

Required skills

• Experience with power dialers such as WAVV, VICIdial, Five9, Convoso or ReadyMode.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms – GoHighLevel, HubSpot or Zoho.
• Data‑cleaning skills in Excel (removing duplicates, fixing numbers, completing missing fields).
