Architect & Interior Designer for Real Estate Projects

About the role

Nzee Foods and Beverages is seeking a skilled Architect/Interior Designer to lead design initiatives for its real‑estate division in Islamabad. The candidate will create innovative architectural and interior concepts, manage a design team, and ensure projects meet client expectations, budgets, and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts tailored to residential and commercial real‑estate projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of five designers and architects, overseeing project milestones from conception to completion.
• Produce detailed construction documentation, including drawings, material specifications, and timelines.
• Utilize AutoCAD, BIM, and 3D rendering software to generate precise design plans and visualisations.
• Coordinate space planning, material selection, and sustainability practices, including LEED certification requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve on‑site design issues and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
• Relevant academic qualifications in architecture or interior design.
• Proven ability to manage design teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
