Architectural 3D Visualizer

About the role

Grand City is looking for a talented Architectural 3D Visualizer to join its Planning & Development department. You will transform architectural drawings and master plans into high‑quality photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, and animations for residential, commercial, and master‑planning projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D architectural models, exterior and interior renderings, and visualizations.
• Develop realistic walkthroughs, fly‑through animations, and presentation videos.
• Translate architectural drawings, master plans, and design concepts into accurate 3D visuals.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure design fidelity.
• Prepare visual assets for project proposals, investor presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Revise models and animations based on feedback and design updates while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia, Animation or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in architectural visualization or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing architectural renders and animations (mandatory).

Required skills

• 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya
• V‑Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Unreal Engine, Twinmotion
• AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred)
• Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro (preferred)
