Architectural BIM / Revit / CAD Modeler

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Architectural BIM/Revit/CAD Modeler to join our design team. The successful candidate will create precise architectural drawings and 3D models, work with point‑cloud data, and develop BIM families while ensuring high quality through structured QA/QC processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Interpret and model point‑cloud/laser‑scanning data for accurate as‑built representations.
• Create, manage, and update Revit families according to project requirements.
• Produce plans, sections, and elevations with high accuracy and detailing.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Deliver tasks on schedule while meeting project deadlines.
• Implement and oversee QA/QC processes to maintain consistency and quality.
• Review drawings and models for errors, completeness, and compliance with standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or MEP Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in drafting/modeling with CAD software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
