About the role
A client of PostEx is hiring an Area Manager (Operations Manager) in Jalalpur Bhattian. The role oversees operational activities across several locations, ensuring smooth operations, managing teams, monitoring performance and keeping compliance with company SOPs.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with operational SOPs.
- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation and productivity.
- Resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure effective communication, employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant operations experience.
- Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and locations effectively.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ERP, operational tracking and reporting systems.
- Analytical skills to monitor KPIs and identify improvement areas.
