Area Sales Manager (ASM)

About the role

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will lead sales activities across the assigned territory, driving revenue growth and expanding market share for Interlink. You will build strong relationships with distributors and retailers while ensuring product availability and effective promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and increase market share.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Execute sales plans, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Collect market feedback and report sales metrics.
• Conduct territory visits and train retail staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in import/export, FMCG or tech distribution.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of the local market and trade channels.
• Fluent in Urdu and English; additional local languages a plus.
• Valid driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience using CRM systems.
