About the role

BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager for the Central region. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team, and ensuring high service standards across dealers and distributors.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets and maximize revenue.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a sales team to meet performance goals.
  • Manage relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors, ensuring excellent service.
  • Analyze market trends, track sales performance, and report results to senior management.
  • Manage the sales budget, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with marketing on regional promotions.
  • Ensure effective product presentation, stay updated on product offerings, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide training and support to dealers and distributors.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and coordinate with marketing, service, and logistics for timely vehicle and parts delivery.

Required profile

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the automotive sector.
  • Strong analytical and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
