Assistant Key Account Manager – Karachi

About the role

The purpose of this role is to develop and execute the customer strategy and business plan with our customers, driving growth and profitability for Lipton Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop and maintain the relationship with the customer.
• Develop, implement and optimise the customer strategy.
• Agree a joint customer business plan to meet business objectives.
• Deliver, monitor and review the plan as well as Perfect Store execution KPI.
• Provide customer and channel understanding.
• Manage the customer P&L for the respective categories.
• Negotiate trade terms and trade funding.
• Manage customer operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Shopper Marketing Manager for category input and banner/channel plan.
• Cooperate with KA Specialists and other departments.

Required profile

• Commercial degree, preferably in sales and marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year as a Key Account Manager.
• Proven track record of delivering top‑line and bottom‑line results.
• Leadership and business development experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and P&L financial acumen.
• High resilience, problem‑solving and crisis‑management skills.
