Assistant Manager – Advisory

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to support the management team in delivering high-quality professional services, managing client engagements, and ensuring timely completion of assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise assigned client engagements and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of assignments.
• Review work performed by team members and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Assist managers/partners in planning, budgeting, and monitoring engagement progress.
• Identify issues, provide solutions, and escalate matters when required.
• Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior team members and monitor their performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely responses to client requirements.
• Contribute to business development and other firm initiatives.

Required profile

• CA/ACCA qualified.
• 4‑5 years of relevant experience in professional services, consulting, audit, tax, advisory, or similar environment.
• Experience with a Big 4 firm or a reputable professional services firm preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
