Assistant Manager – AI & Machine Learning (RBG Analytics)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – AI & Machine Learning will support the development of advanced analytics and AI‑driven solutions to boost digital banking performance, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness. You will work with digital behavioural data to generate insights, build predictive models, and optimise campaigns and customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deploy and monitor machine‑learning models for use cases such as segmentation, churn prediction, next‑best‑product recommendation and campaign targeting.
• Provide advanced analytics to marketing teams, evaluating digital campaign performance, building propensity models and measuring ROI.
• Design AI‑powered solutions using Large Language Models, including chatbots, intelligent assistants, knowledge search and automated content generation.
• Extract, clean and transform large banking datasets; create feature‑engineering pipelines to improve model performance.
• Collaborate closely with digital banking, marketing and product teams to translate data insights into actionable business initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical capability with experience in machine‑learning and predictive analytics.
• Technical expertise in AI engineering and familiarity with LLM applications in banking.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate data‑driven insights effectively.
