Assistant Manager Contracts (Contractual)

About the role

The Assistant Manager Contracts will provide legal support on commercial contracts and agreements, handling drafting, review, negotiation and risk assessment. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are commercially sound, legally compliant and aligned with easypaisa’s risk appetite.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts and related legal documents.
• Identify, assess and advise on key contractual risks such as liabilities, indemnities, warranties, termination rights, confidentiality and intellectual property.
• Maintain accurate contract records, trackers and ensure timely approvals, renewals and expiries.
• Prepare and maintain State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and MIS reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support development and continuous improvement of standard contract templates, clauses, checklists and guidelines.

Required profile

• LLB from a recognized institution.
• 3–5 years post‑qualification experience in a legal function, preferably in commercial contracts, financial services, banking or fintech.
• Strong personal integrity, accountability and effective stakeholder management.
• Sound judgment, problem‑solving ability and strong communication skills.
