Assistant Manager Corporate Relations

About the role

The Assistant Manager Corporate Relations will support the Corporate Relations team in driving fundraising initiatives by building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, securing sponsorships, and engaging donors to support the organization’s social impact mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate entities to support fundraising initiatives.
• Identify and pursue potential corporate partners for collaboration.
• Implement donor retention programs and organize donor visits to projects and events.
• Secure institutional and corporate support through partnerships, co‑branding, and event sponsorships.
• Assist in preparing customized proposals aligned with corporate CSR objectives.
• Support planning and execution of annual events targeting HNIs, philanthropists, and CSR heads.
• Coordinate donor tours, visits, and on‑site project observations.
• Prepare regular reports on corporate engagement, sponsorships, and donor feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications to develop outreach content.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in corporate fundraising, relationship management or donor engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Understanding of CSR strategies and donor management systems is an advantage.
