Assistant Manager Creative

About the role

The Assistant Manager Creative will support the development and execution of high‑impact visual solutions that reinforce Martin Dow’s brands and corporate identity. Working closely with Marketing, HR, Corporate Communications and other functions, you will help deliver innovative designs for product launches, campaigns, internal communications and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design assets for product launches, marketing campaigns, corporate communications, employer branding and internal engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑quality creative solutions within agreed timelines.
• Produce and oversee content across digital, print, social media, presentations, packaging and promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Leverage AI‑enabled creative tools and emerging design technologies to improve efficiency and visual quality.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, photographers and production partners to ensure timely execution and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in a creative design or creative services role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, healthcare or consumer industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and work with diverse internal stakeholders.
• Strong visual storytelling, communication and project‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools.
