Assistant Manager – Demand Generation

About the role

Software Finder seeks an analytical Assistant Manager – Demand Generation to own campaign workflows, CRM data, and reporting that convert marketing activity into qualified pipeline. You will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and leadership to ensure every lead is tracked, nurtured, and measured throughout the B2B funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end campaign workflows, from setup and launch through tracking and optimization.
• Build and maintain lead nurturing journeys and align marketing pipeline with Sales, including lead definitions, scoring, routing, and handoff processes.
• Monitor performance, investigate pipeline issues, and act quickly on under‑performing channels.
• Ensure CRM data integrity, compliance with privacy standards, and conduct regular data audits.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to support leadership decisions and revenue forecasting.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding of the full‑funnel B2B lead lifecycle and experience working closely with Sales teams.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to translate data into strategic business decisions.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting tools.
