Assistant Manager – E-Commerce

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our e‑commerce operations, influencer marketing, and social media for a fast‑growing skincare brand. This on‑site role in Lahore will oversee Shopify and Daraz stores, manage the team, and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Shopify and Daraz stores: product listings, collections, pricing, promotions, apps, troubleshooting, and optimization to increase conversions and average order value.
• Oversee operations using Ginko ERP: maintain accurate orders and inventory, coordinate fulfillment, handle cancellations, returns, and COD settlements.
• Lead influencer marketing: select creators, negotiate, seed products, manage briefs and deadlines, and track campaign performance.
• Handle social media: plan content calendars, schedule posts, collaborate with designers, and use audience insights to improve engagement.
• Supervise the customer support and design teams, set priorities, review work quality, and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales, store metrics, inventory, fulfillment, influencer campaigns, social media, and team productivity.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of relevant experience with strong Shopify expertise.
• Proven track record in influencer marketing, social media management, and team leadership.
• Knowledge of Daraz, ERP systems, and Pakistan courier/COD processes; Ginko experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and ownership mindset.
