Assistant Manager Finance

About the role

The Assistant Manager Finance will support the financial management of Novocare International Hospital & Research Center in Sargodha. Working on‑site full‑time, the role assists with budgeting, cash‑flow monitoring and financial planning to help the hospital achieve its strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports and statements.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, maintaining accurate ledgers and performing account reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to guide data‑driven decisions.
• Oversee billing, collections, vendor payments and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align financial practices with operational needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong accounting knowledge, including general ledger management and financial reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with hospital or healthcare finance processes is preferred.
• High integrity, attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting and ERP software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and report preparation.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
