Assistant Manager Financial Analysis

About the role

The Assistant Manager Financial Analysis will lead end‑to‑end pre‑investment financial assessments and post‑investment evaluations. You will ensure that projected benefits are realized, identify gaps, and provide insights to improve future investment planning and efficiency across multiple domains.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre‑investment financial analysis for new and expansion projects, incorporating updated cost factors.
• Perform post‑investment evaluations to compare projected versus actual outcomes and maintain a centralized database of results.
• Support investment strategy formulation with detailed financial analysis for existing and new business requirements.
• Evaluate ROI for USF (Universal Service Fund) lots and COW (Cell on Wheels) sites in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Continuously improve ROI evaluation processes by researching and applying innovative methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, support internal and external audits, and proactively identify compliance risks.
• Act as liaison for inter‑ and intra‑departmental coordination, managing trackers and documentation efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline (MBA or Master’s in Finance is a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, CPA are advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive problem‑solving, and ability to work under pressure.
