About the role
The HR Assistant Manager supports the HR Manager in daily HR operations, ensuring smooth coordination across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Support performance appraisal cycles, training needs identification, and tracking development plans.
- Handle employee queries, grievance processes, and promote workplace harmony.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and presentations for management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with HR software/HRIS.
