Assistant Manager – Indirect Procurement

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager – Indirect Procurement to support the sourcing and acquisition of non‑production goods and services. In this role you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage supplier relationships, and help deliver cost‑effective, compliant procurement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end sourcing of indirect goods and services.
• Maintain and develop strong supplier partnerships.
• Conduct commercial evaluations and negotiate contracts.
• Manage purchase order processes and ensure compliance with policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the procurement function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or operations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
