Assistant Manager – International Technical Recruitment

About the role

The Assistant Manager – International Technical Recruitment leads a team that sources and hires IT technicians and field‑service professionals for global projects. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the role works across US time zones to ensure timely staffing for 24/7 dispatch and field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Technical Recruitment team, allocate requirements, monitor productivity and achieve hiring targets.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies for international technical and field‑service positions, using platforms such as LinkedIn, WorkMarket and Field Nation.
• Oversee end‑to‑end hiring for IT Technicians, Field Engineers, Network Technicians, Desktop Support and Infrastructure roles.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline for 24/7 dispatch, coordinating shift coverage and workload with Service Delivery teams.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare dashboards and reports, and drive process improvements and compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with international or field‑service exposure.
• Previous experience in a team‑lead or recruitment‑management capacity.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts supporting US time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, WorkMarket and Field Nation for candidate sourcing.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience evaluating technical resumes and conducting technical assessments.
