Assistant Manager / Manager IT Solutions

About the role

The Assistant Manager/Manager IT Solutions will support the design, development, implementation and maintenance of enterprise IT solutions that meet business and operational needs of the bank. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to deliver reliable, secure and scalable technology.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and delivering IT solution initiatives and projects within agreed timelines.
• Gather functional and technical requirements from business units.
• Support implementation, enhancement and maintenance of banking applications and enterprise systems.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, information security, digital banking and vendor teams for deployment and integration.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, reports and user manuals.
• Participate in UAT, change management, release activities and incident management.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, system optimization and support audit/compliance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT solutions or business analysis, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Required skills

• Understanding of enterprise applications, APIs and databases.
• Experience with system integrations and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of IT service management practices.
• Familiarity with banking systems and digital platforms is a plus.
