Assistant Manager Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Manager Marketing will support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns at Creative Chaos. This role blends creativity, analytical thinking, and project management to boost brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and print channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
• Engage with external vendors and partners to coordinate initiatives and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a technology or creative environment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
