Assistant Manager – Operations & Programs

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Operations & Programs will support Mashreq Global Network (MGN) Pakistan Central Management, driving strategic programs, governance and cross‑functional collaboration. The role combines project leadership with executive support to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal and external resources to deliver programs, track KPIs and ensure alignment with MGN Pakistan’s strategic roadmap.
• Maintain project documentation, compliance registers, dashboards and reporting packs for governance meetings.
• Provide executive support to the Head of MGN Pakistan, managing calendars, travel, communications and key organizational activities.
• Support risk mitigation by preparing regulatory risk reports and ensuring compliance with internal controls and Pakistan regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in program/project management or governance within financial services, consulting or regulated environments.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical abilities.
