Assistant Manager People & Culture

About the role

Veevo Tech is seeking an Assistant Manager People & Culture to support its growing workforce. You will handle a range of HR activities, ensuring employees feel comfortable, engaged, and productive across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and access permissions.
• Own the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, from job posting to offer.
• Research talent markets to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Assist in developing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate performance appraisal, goal‑setting, and learning initiatives.
• Support employee relations, morale‑building, and retention efforts.
• Facilitate onboarding, exit processes, and employee engagement activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and proactive in problem solving.
• Comfortable using HR technology and general computer applications.
