Assistant Manager – Platforms (EDMS, BPM & RPA)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Platforms will provide L1/L2 production support for digital platforms such as EDMS, BAW and RPA. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting and coordinating with technical teams to ensure continuous operation. The position requires close interaction with users and various technology groups across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L1/L2 production support for the EDMS application and related digital platforms.
• Manage RPA process start‑stop, execution, monitoring and alert handling.
• Generate periodic and ad‑hoc status reports for production support and project activities.
• Liaise with users, corporate, retail and operations tech teams to exchange data and process information.
• Validate data in RPA dashboards and raise alerts for any discrepancies.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in production support or engineering roles.
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours when required.
• Strong English communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Weblogic WebServer administration.
• Oracle database knowledge.
• Java programming basics.
• Unix/Linux command‑line proficiency.
• Microsoft Power Automate for automation projects.
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Understanding of RPA concepts and tools.
