Assistant Manager Project Sales

About the role

The Assistant Manager Project Sales supports the sales team in driving real‑estate project revenue. You will stay current with market trends, manage leads, and ensure a steady flow of client appointments and site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor real‑estate market developments and share insights with the team.
• Generate and follow up on leads, aiming to meet daily KPI targets.
• Schedule at least ten client appointments each day, with a minimum of one meeting conducted daily.
• Assess client needs and financial capacity to recommend suitable projects.
• Accompany potential buyers on project site visits.
• Facilitate negotiations and help close sales.
• Travel regularly to various project sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
