About the role
Support the Senior Manager in overseeing procurement compliance, risk management, vendor governance and process improvement to ensure efficient, transparent and policy‑aligned procurement activities.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and track procurement risks, maintain the risk register and perform data‑driven analysis using Oracle, SQL and other analytical tools.
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews, coordinate audit activities, and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Prepare risk, compliance and audit reports, dashboards and management presentations.
- Support development and implementation of procurement policies, controls and digital automation initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or professional certifications (CIA, CRMA, CFE) are a plus.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in procurement compliance, risk or audit.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
Required skills
- Oracle ERP (procurement modules) and SQL.
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Data analytics and reporting.
- Vendor and stakeholder management.
